Trump routinely destroyed documents under subpoena. Trump conducted high level defense briefings in the middle of a public dining room where he was literally being filmed on by diners on their cell phones. Trump divulged high level classified Israeli intelligence including outing an operative in hostile territory to a hostile nation in order to brag to them. People who would actually care about missing emails would be focused entirely on these types of things, only partisan hacks hoping to shift the conversation away from the indefensible would care about IT management.
