The idea that we need to dismantle statues of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln, etc, is totally ridiculous. Yea, I am not for the FDA in any way, and I think Dr. Graham was forced into a situation where he had to protect himself, but irregardless! Merck did in fact know that their experimental drug was going to kill 100K people. Whether the FDA knew this or not is speculation, but the court records forced Merck to pay up - a fraction of the profits. I believe this CEO intentionally sabotaged Trump's manufacturing council and knew very well that Soros was paying protesters of Antifa and this was all a big set-up to delegitimize Trump, and they possibly even paid the other CEOs to follow suit. That IS conspiracy, but I believe there is something deeper. Regardless, they did what they did and that is on record, Trump tried to work with them, and the Merck Company is purely nefarious historically. So it is no surprise that they would do this.

Merck released Vioxx, when their own scientists told them it would kill 100,000 people. It did. They made a $4B profit, and only had to pay back $4M in reparations. So for this CEO to tell Trump that he's leaving the manufacturing council for having a "conscience," is absolutely disgusting. Dr. David Graham, who was head of the FDA when Vioxx was released, stepped down after 30 years as it's head, and said, "this has gone too far." This corporation's CEO said that when Trump denounced white supremacists, it wasn't enough. You have got to be totally insane to believe this crap. Where is your head at?
