Hey guys, not the most savvy when it comes to torrents, but I know my way around.

I've read the guide and know that there's a recommendation to use uTorrent, which is precisely the client I've always used.
However, I've noticed that my upload rate is really low for torrents from this particular website/tracker (tw), even if they're recent and popular.

Is this a recurring theme?

When I download from other websites or trackers the upload rate is usually pretty good so I know my internet isn't the issue. Am I doing anything wrong?

I tried everything I saw here but nothing worked
Checked off the SSL tracker in my profile, tried changing the tracker link manually in the torrent. Nothing works

It keeps showing "finding peers". I use the utorrent client.

I`m downloading Transmission 3.0 to test it.

I dont have a VPN so its not a problem with that. I`ve always downloaded things easily regardless.

Also, I fell below my ratio minium because I couldn`t seed anything for the past few days
