If folks are not careful enough to follow the instructions and start using .rent properly then no reason for the rest of us to suffer from stupid tracker and upload and invalid torrent issues with having to keep .ru alive.

Just switch it off. If they've been gone so long they don't know about the change then screw 'em!! Let's move on!!

@john32123666 I have to say, the punishment for rule breaking seems kinda fun!

The logic goes that, I assume, you do not mind huge torrents and obviously people are doing (exploiting?) this to repair their ratio. If it abides by the rules then it's OK. It's a leechers choice to choose whether to take it, right? Or maybe cherry pick some files...

I think this falls into a few problems:
1> IF the torrent is so big that nobody ever takes it all, how de we know if it violates rules?
2> The trend seems to be for OnlyFans rips; the file names are unintelligible and they are NEVER indexed/thumbnailed.
3> Ratios are there to promote sharing & propagation. This flies in the face of that; one need never upload a thing other than a behemoth torrent every few days. stick anything you like in there, nobody's ever going to review it.

Torrent size/file count limit? Thoughts/debate welcome...
