I'm having the same problem  running surfshark  VPN and uTorrent. Changing from https to http didn't help for me. If I shut the VPN off works just fine, im only 6 months into a 2 year subscription with surfshark so changing vpns isn't an option.

I am having the same problem I use surfshark vpn and µTorrent.
