I really like MyFitnessPal as the barcode reader on the phone app is great for quickly finding out the calories on something. It makes working how much to eat so much easier, and it helps with sticking to an eating plan. Chocolate has always been my downfall when it comes to losing weight. I'm reading this book called the chocolate diet by alex landerson which has some interesting advice on how to include chocolate in a diet without overeating it. Something a little hard to do this time of year with all the easter eggs floating around.
