I am posting this on behalf of a new user who recently joined but is completely unable to access the forum.

The Issue:
Whenever they try to log in to the forum (using the .ru domain), they encounter an infinite redirect loop or are immediately returned to the login page. They cannot view any threads.

Troubleshooting steps they have already attempted (all failed):

• DNS: Changed DNS providers 3 times (including Google/Cloudflare).
• Cookies: Cleared cookies and cache multiple times; tried Incognito/Private mode.
• Network: Tried accessing with and without a VPN/Accelerator; tried different server locations.
• Account: Reset their password.

Questions:

1. Is this a known issue related to the domain difference (Tracker on .rent vs. Forum on .ru) causing cookie/session conflicts?
2. Is there a possibility that their local DNS is hijacked, or is this a specific restriction/bug for new accounts?
3. Are there any other server-side fixes we can try?

They are very eager to join the community discussion but are currently locked out regardless of the device or network used.

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
