"Fascism, political ideology and mass movement that dominated many parts of central, southern, and eastern Europe between 1919 and 1945 and that also had adherents in western Europe, the United States, South Africa, Japan, Latin America, and the Middle East. […] Although fascist parties and movements differed significantly from one another, they had many characteristics in common, including extreme militaristic nationalism, contempt for electoral democracy and political and cultural liberalism, a belief in natural social hierarchy and the rule of elites, and the desire to create a Volksgemeinschaft (German: “people’s community”), in which individual interests would be subordinated to the good of the nation. At the end of World War II, the major European fascist parties were broken up, and in some countries (such as Italy and West Germany) they were officially banned. Beginning in the late 1940s, however, many fascist-oriented parties and movements were founded in Europe as well as in Latin America and South Africa. Although some European “neofascist” groups attracted large followings, especially in Italy and France, none were as influential as the major fascist parties of the interwar period."

I would prefer this definition of facism, by the way I don't understand why you need to write "lefties" it's simplistic. Liberalism was supposed to be based on freedom and individual recognition, it was supposed to be a good system until capitalism and corruption interfered with it. For exemple in France we are a proto democracy, an oligarchy now. Whether you are from the left or right wing, we need sometimes to think about not being caught by ideology. I contempt Trumps ideology, denying global warming and the 6th mass extinction, reverse racism while in fact white people are still priviledged and non white people are stigmatized, discriminated, struggling against racism, xenophobia and they will have to do three times the effort to get recognized unlike a white heterosexual male. That's fact and we need to not get stuck in some ideologies that led the world to terrible massacre. Trumps is the purest definition of a facist, he has proven it hundred of times and now he might be caught up with justice soon or after being one of the worst president of the US.
By the way I just admire the energy you take by making live this section. Why is that so important for you ?
