[PROBLEM SOLVED]

Please what can I do? My rights got taken and I can't upload wit utorrent. After I upload with Quick Torrent Maker I open Utorrent and it doesn't seed.
The tracker status is: Your downloads rights got taken. Read the Ruler  or contact a Moderator.

I am from Brazil. I really like this forum but unfortunatelly just now I understand how it works (the ratio thing)  :cheesy2:. My ratio is so low that I had to learn to upload a file. So please take a look at my upload. ;D
