Have you uploaded the movie file to the seed box server?

You can use FileZilla Client to do this. Get it at https://filezilla-project.org.
You also will need this program to download to your PC any movies that you have downloaded using the seed box.

That is a bogus email which did NOT originate from Paypal.
You need to log on to Paypal in their prescribed secure method and see the topics about identifying legitimate email from them.

If you follow the intructions on bogus emails then you are inviting trouble for yourself.
