So, I downloaded this torrent "Black Does White 1-8".
It downloaded 26.7 out of total 37.9 GB, but it hasn't downloaded a single bit in the last week.

Should I then just scrap the whole 26.7 GB that already downloaded?
I don't think movies are watchable unless they are 100% downloaded.
