So I'm seeding one of the most popular torrents on the site right now. my client is showing it's seeding but website isn't, what should I do?

So a few months ago my computer crashed. Before that I downloaded a video file called Hollywood fight club 2 (FLV. format). Re-downloaded it, and it only had the first 2 minutes and 45 seconds of it. What happen to the rest of the file, did I miss something? I tried two different clients by the way
