I do agree on some level, due to a particular observation - in almost EVERY Asian video I've seen, there is sensual and erotic nipple play, with nipples being stroked, caressed and licked - as someone who enjoys this type of sensual touch, it's something I really enjoy in Asian videos, particularly Japanese ones.
In Western videos sensual nipple play is much rarer, usually a few seconds of licking/sucking at most; and if you search specifically for 'nipple play' the results are generally extreme fetish scenes with tit clamps, pain and stretching.
