This is exactly right, there is little incentive or appreciation here.  I have been a member for only 3 months and have uploaded 250 torrents, but I can't even be given the courtesy of a reply to 3 mods I have messaged this week.

It's a great idea to be able easily to see changes to things that are banned, e.g. pics.  It's because of the failure to nitice an addition that I now have a wrning and a red triangle against my name. Shamed ;(

As someone who has struggled to learn even how to upload and make a contribution to this site I am very glad of the rules and of the swift response I always have when I ask for help of the mods.  As someone who is hyper-sensitive    and has taught English for 30 years yes, sometimes information and warnings could be phrased differently, but at least they are clear and unequivical. No doubt some changes and revsions could be made, but it must be remembered that the Staff and the Mods give of their time freely and I for one intend to support them in as positive way as possible.

Having a great time on here uploading lots of my old Man's Best stuff.  Mods are experienced and helpful, without them I wouldn't have a clue! Still don't understand how so many users never say 'thanks' - 50 leechers recently and not one word of thanks!  Many users are generous and give seedpoints, which is a great boost and encouragement.

Nice to know others feel the same and love the warmth and support of this place.
