I get the same message "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

For the last 4 days every time I access the homepage and pages on this site it takes about 30 seconds for the page to load up and quite often I get a time out/unable to display the page message come up.

I have used Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and its always the same with no improvement.

I have ran a virus/adware checker on my computer and nothing was found.

I can access other sites with no problem.

Has anything been changed to this site about 4 days ago that could account for the slowness with the pages loading? Would anyone have any suggestions as to making the pages speed up?
