I disconnected the SOCKS5 proxy I had set up as per some recommendations on this thread and connected to a NordLynx P2P server.  I've downloaded 2 torrents and still working so far.  :cheers:

I am having this same problem and have been for a couple months now.  I have not been able to find a workaround that consistently works.
