partial torrents count as still downloading. Are you exceeding the limit on downloads?

@chuck75-0 once you stop a torrent it can take several minutes for the tracker to update, from my own experience it usually takes from 20 to 40 minutes.

the main/sub category system is flawed by nature, it turns your search results into a lottery. some things you're looking for that are there will never make it to your results, while things you don't want will be all over the place.

we could even ping @Joker to make sure he's aware, but considering that it has been like this for the last 20 years, I doubt it will change.
