    • Re.QTM Torrent contains no hash pieces Problem.

I am using QTM V1.11 and Utorrent 3.3.2.

Yesterday I had  no problem uploading torrents but today I have tried four times to upload a torrent but after the upload completes and utorrent opens I get the message   "unable to load QTM. Torrent contains no hash pieces".   I have deleted the torrent and re uploaded it four times but still get the same message. Does any one know what the problem is?
      Thanks.

I have redownloaded QTM V1.11 but the same thing happens. When the torrent is being created the green bar stops at 75%. It then loads the pictures and completes as normal. However when utorrent opens I get the message   "unable to load QTM. Torrent contains no hash pieces".  again ! I have no idea what else to try!

    • Question about when a torrent is removed because of DMCA.

I have two questions about when a new seeded torrent is removed because of DMCA and it has leechers but no snatches.

      1. If the seeder continues with the download am I correct in thinking that those leechers will be able to continue with the download although the downloaded amount will not be added to the seeders download stats?
      2. If the seeder's torrent program is stopped and restarted will that cancel the torrent?

      TIA.

    • File removed because of DMCA.

      Hi,
When a file has been removed because of a DMCA request are there any rules as to whether or not the same file can be uploaded again?
      Just wondered.
      Thanks.

    • Freeleeching a 1GB file- How to ?

Yesterday I uploaded an avi file which has been snatched about 80 times. However so far I have had about 8 comments saying the file is unplayable.
I can play the original file OK so perhaps the torrent file is corrupt. It seems unfair to expect guys to risk D/L the file again so am considering uploading the file again in wmv format as a freeeleech file. Can anyone point me to an idiots guide to how to upload a freeleech torrent and how many seedbonus it will cost me. TIA.

    • RE: Utorrent332 - How do I reinstate a seeding Torrent removed accidentaly?

Yes and that worked OK. I was so used to downloading only torrents that I just clicked automatically on the SAVE button when the window appeared.
      I know better now!
      Thanks for your help.

      Hi Popper,
      Thank you for your reply.
I have tried it again and this time it has worked.
My mistake was that after clicking on download the torrent file  and when the SAVE window opened I had NOT changed the default "save to folder " location from my downloaded torrents folder to my uploaded torrents folder. Sorry about that. (I have separate folders for uploaded and downloaded torrents)
      Thanks again.

      Hi Popper,
      Thanks for your reply.
I have tried following the guide and I have downloaded the torrent file again. I have saved it in my Torrent uploads folder and when I click on it it opens up in utorrent but then searches for peers and starts downloading the file. However the torrent file name is different to the movie file name in my torrent uploads folder.I have made NO changes to any of the file names since the original upload. Do I need to make both the filenames the same and which one should I change?

      Thanks.
