I recommend using @MrMazda's link for uTorrent 2.2.1. I use 3.5.5 only because that was the easiest fix for me when I was in 3.6 hell. Everything pretty much works now and I'm reluctant to do another version change, but if I were starting from scratch I'd go with 2.2.1.

@john32123666 I've done the manual upload and the same thing happens. I've taken the file out of the directory on both QTM and the manual upload, and it just comes up with a new file it won't seed in both that was seeding before. It's doing this on multiple torrents.

Utorrent's most useful and knowledgeable tech was RAFI. He stopped doing support when they started with version 3.6x. He HATES 3.6 He rarely posts anymore other than to tell people to use the final build of 3.5

There are 2 ways and reason why you can't download ...

Queueing - [8/5 default] you can change this setting behavior ...
Click on Options/Preferences-QueueingSettings - change the number of active torrents [upload and download] ...
Or right click on torrent [Force Start] ... You have too many torrents running and reach your download limit ...
Stop leeching torrent to Free Slot ...
