I use Private Internet Access. If you find a referral code (Youtube has millions) you can get it for about 60 bucks for 2 years. I've never had any trouble doing anything I wanted to on PIA. Only issue i've noticed over the last year or so is a large number of major companies blocking access to their websites from VPN access. Pizza Hut and Gamestop are two of the major ones that ring a bell of the top of my head.
