with poverty you tend to buy poor quality food.

poor quality food contains too much sugar or fat but not enough of essential minerals and vitamins. so as your body is missing those you tend to compensate eating more of your cheap food in order to get more of these essential elements but it doesn't work so well and you become obese and with problems due to missing key vitamins and minerals.

I had the same problem and i was reluctant too to go out running because of the weather conditions and because it was boring, i solved it buying an elliptical trainer and i use it while watching tv-shows or movies which i would not watch without using it. It easily solved the equation form me since a few years now. I would just recommend investing in a quality one as anyways if you do this regularly it's money you won't invest in going to the gym.

Interesting UL "zombie" show from the BBC but which explores a cohabitation between zombies and humans. Sometimes slow but still interesting and the nice thing is that it is built around a main character played by Luke Newberry who is gay, cute and a zombie himself. Only two seasons for nine episodes and it hasn't been renewed for a third one sadly.
