Further information in separate post because I can't find a way to edit my previous post.
I happen to have a torrent from weeks ago that I had left paused. That torrent works just fine (it detects seeds/peers even while paused, and promptly connects and starts downloading when I Resume).
It seems like its only the torrents downloaded from today that aren't working.
If it helps, I'm using qBittorrent.
Not sure if this is the same problem, but all the torrents I've downloaded as of today are registering as having 0 seeds and peers.
The torrents download fine (there is no error message that appears), but can't start as it seems to be dead (even though there appears to be plenty of seeds/peers on the torrent page).
The tracker status is showing as 'Not working'.
I've tried Steps 1 and 2 on the relevant troubleshooting page. Step 3 is going to be a little more troublesome - the uPnP option doesn't seem to be working, and a manual reconfiguration of the router is going to be a little bit of a hassle to figure out, so I'm hoping someone can confirm whether this is a general tracker issue before I have to dig around for my router manual.
Nevermind - figured this out after browsing through the forums more.
For anyone with this problem in the future - you can only have a certain number of torrents actively downloading at any given time.
If you've downloaded selected parts of a torrent only and are seeding it (IE, you've technically not got the 'complete' torrent even if you have got the selected parts you wanted), it will count toward your limit of 'active torrents' - even if your client displays it as complete.
To fix this, either download the torrent in full (after which it won't count toward your limit), or stop seeding the torrent.

Troubleshooting Question
After I download some torrents, it registers as "Stalled" for what seems to be a random period of time - IE, it shows 0 seeds and 0 peers, and doesn't start. Sometimes, the torrent will become active in a couple of hours, or sometimes it takes a few days/weeks to become active.
Once its active, the seeds/peers appear and the torrent works as expected.
Am I missing something/do I need to do something?
Some observations
I am currently above, but close to the minimum ratio (currently have about 5GB Download Buffer).
I was briefly below the minimum ratio in the past week
I'm well below the limit for downloading torrent files (3 in the past 24 hours, limit is 20)
This happens for torrents regardless of whether it is currently freeleech or not.
According to the torrent page, the torrents are active with plenty of seeds.

The Example Torrent is appearing as stalled on my torrent client, but is showing 68 seeds / 4 peers on the actual page and is currently freeleech.
There are current CF models that are pretty attractive, but there were quite afew previous models that were off-the-charts attractive and also did many scenes.
My favourites were TJ and Travis, followed closely by Ethan (but really, there was an entire smörgåsbord of super hot CF models back then).
