Sorry, I have no idea how to change my security settings.

There were some good ideas here which I've taken advantage of and made the suggested changes to uTorrent.
I know I was wrong to stop all my uploads previously and I'm trying very hard to make it right.
Any others suggestions to get me back on track would be suggested.

I have been trying to fix my ratio's for some time, but it's a very slow and painful process due to the way my ISP throttles my uploads.
Can I suggest that you reset individuals grace periods at the beginning of every year?

I am running out of new content to upload, however, I would gladly download and share new content if I had the opportunity.
