What image software do people use to take images and upload their torrents? Which one takes images and collates them in one file?

I tried image grabber 2 but it doesn't accept mp4.

I can't seed any torrent. Tracker offline for all my torrents. What's the reason?

Is sneaky peek and such sites real voyeurism or is it staged?

I've uploaded some torrents for the first time to fix my 0.799 seed ratio.
Problem is, I upload for the first two peers and once they're finished, the rest goes to other seeders. I don't get any more upload share on my torrents even though people download them.
How do I make it so that the up-loader does most of the uploading?
It makes me not want people to seed.
