You can download the .torrent file to anywhere you want. You can delete the .torrent file after you reseed it, just do not remove the torrent from uTorrent or delete the file(s) for the torrent.
Right click the torrent, then click "Force Re-Check"

Should I download the torrent into the same folder where I have the file... or can I save the torrent to any other folder, like the desktop?.
And can I delete the torrent after reseeding?.

run a CHECK on it (it should check to 100% if it's a match)
