I had lot of acnes. They hurt so I went to the doctor. He prescribed me Tenutan (it might have some other name in your country), the active agent is doxycyclin. It's an anti-biotic. It only works on certain kind of acne. The stronger version is roaccutane, the active agent is isotretinoin. It is used in more severe cases of acne. It is more effective, but the sideeffects are also more severe. It is really the last resort. Fortunately I didn't need this one. The third drug is called skinoren(again it might be branded something else,where you live) the active agent is azelaic acid. It is used against the dark patches that certain acnes leave. All three of them must be prescribed by a doctor.

First of all I wouldn't do it because of my family. 
Also my body is ok I guess in real life but in porn you need to be- not only- espesially  hot but also camera friendly. If not, I'm gonna be the one who did porn for nothing. I couldn't build a career, and now I might give a reason to people not to hire me, or fire me.
