I've noticed when we vote on categories, there is an option for "Straight Older" and "Straight Younger". When I read uploading rules, I see that it says uploads must be of gay themed content.

If both of these statements are true, why were the "straight" categories added for us to vote on? Have rules been changed to allow uploads of straight content, if yes, why are the straight categories not available on the upload page?

Thanks for point that out. I modified the upload rule regarding gay-themed material –---- it wasn't clear it was referencing non-porn material must be gay-themed or include physique. I added "Non-porn" to the upload rules.

Yes, we have accepted straight/bisexual porn for some time now. We asked members about it and they voted to include it as a type of "fetish" for some users. There are TWO toggles on your profile settings page that turns this material on or off in your browse page.

The uploading rules miss as well that that a torrent for bisexual porn must be in the "Bisexual" category and a torrent for straight porn in either the "Straight older" or the "Straight younger" category.

Then there is a potential conflict with the requirement that torrents for DVD Video format files or iso must be in the DVD-R category. Yet, I've seen one straight DVD-R only.

Certainly GayTorrent.ru does not want to become a general porn site, though for some straight porn niches there is quite a good selection (mature/older mens for example)

I think there might be better category names than Hunks and Jocks. With Jocks I usually think it's collegiate level guys and things involving sports gear fetish appeal or have some relation to a sport activity.

Hunks is really vague because it doesn't necessarily mean muscular or how muscular and is usually just a way of saying a clean cut masculine attractive man. So maybe an additional category of bodybuilders or muscle fetish should be added where the main appeal to the video is that it is guys who are extremely built, bodybuilding competitions, and videos where build and strength are the turn on not just the sex.

I don't see guys expecting to see can-am wrestling under hunks or pump room videos in hunks. I often hear more people tell me I fit in bear category, usually though bears are not built like me and bears are usually hairy and I shave my body (most of the time)

also muscle worship videos are a fetish type of thing but not the thing most think when fetish is mentioned because then anything could be counted fetish that is an off shoot of other vids

Initially that will depend on the category the uploader finds the best fit, both "Interracial" and "Group-Sex" are possible from your description (and most likely other due to things not mentioned in you example description).

Then the uploader can vote additional categories, so can members having complete the download of the torrent's file(s) and if enough agree on another category, main category changes, with the exception of a few "protected" against change).

You might want to contribute proposals of definitions for the existing category in the other topic announced on the "Home" page.
