Saw that headline mentions IRS, which makes it political becuz 1. person is prob lib, as many IRS are, & 2. IRS is controversial, from scandals like, Obama-Biden used IRS to politically target opponents. Rather than pretend it's General news or lecture idiotically about who is "couth" here, I put it in P & D section on first try. & @raphjd did not have to move it.
