@Unknownforce yes, the layout has been messed up since sometime midday yesterday PST. there are a bunch of JavaScript errors when you load any site page.

...and it looks like i can't even submit a helpdesk ticket about it. the messed-up layout disables the "Help me!" button on the ticket filing page making it unclickable.

@MrMazda any suggestions on how i could surface this issue to the relevant folks?

@spiffyweasel-0 spare the staff, they can't help you... the site is working just fine, if you are still having issues it will most likely be caused due to cached content either in your browser or in the cloudflare infrastructure. You can try deleting cached files in your browser's settings, force a full reload of the website by pressing CTRL+Shift+R, and if it's still not enough you can try using a custom DNS.

@ianfontinell-0 thanks, clearing the cache didn't work but ctrl-shift-R did the trick.

@spiffyweasel-0 Usually, clearing the cache and cookies, then doing a force reload will fix the issue.
