Even just McVeigh & Nichols - they had "White militia" connections, 1990s Aryan Republican Army..... but they also foreign terrorist connections and, wait for it, USA FBI & ATF connections.
In any bad-sounding USA incident, USA security agencies pop up, weirdly as involved.

Boston Marathon Bombing - older Tsarnaev bro, was said to be FBI informant. Assassinations like JFK & many others. Charlottesville 2017. 2020s so-called "Patriot Front". J6 crawled with "informants".
At minimum, agencies set out to entrap mentally-ill people.
