tldr; Libs cried foul again over fake news / imaginary concerns.

Jenny Carolina Lopez-Villela illegally entered the United States on three occasions in September 2019, March 2021, and August 2021... She and her older daughter were given final orders of removal in March 2020. [ed: not reversed under Biden]

...Villela chose to bring her younger daughter, who is an American Citizen, with her to Honduras at the time of her removal. The ACLU has not offered any information concerning the rationale for dropping the legal action...

DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLauglin commented on the ACLU’s decision to drop the lawsuit, saying, “The ACLU dropped its lawsuit on the false claims that DHS deported a U.S. citizen. The truth is, and has always been, that the mother—who was in the country illegally—chose to bring her 2-year-old with her to Honduras when she was removed. The narrative that DHS is deporting American children is false and irresponsible.”

Lots of missing info, but clear that

      • she was counting on "anchor baby" thing

      • still, her case was so weak, even Biden-Kamabla couldn't get behind it & ACLU had to back off
