The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) eliminated parole protections this week for almost 1 million foreign nationals who came into America using the CBP One app.

SCOTUS says, judges cannot compel USA president to kidnap foreign nationals on foreign soil ("effectuate" his return).
If El Salvador wants to expel its subject Kilmer Armado Abrego-Garcia, USA must accept his arrival ("facilitate" his return) & set him back into his USA deportation process. Seems unlikely.
