How do you "lose" $24-240B? You flush it, in money-laundering scams.
“All the figures are routinely made up,” the source said. “Nobody has a clue about who spends what.”
Note: Funds were "for Climate Change", which is money-laundering scam to begin with.
But anyway....... This type of thing, is why people vote Trump.
Not this specific thing.
But in general way - People know something is wrong, corruption is everywhere, & only a Bomb Thrower who will talk about anything anytime, might fix some of it.
