Also, ISIS "claims responsibility" for a lot of stuff that wasn't ISIS - whether because they're egomaniacs, or because OTHERS want to deflect/project blame onto ISIS. (See: Las Vegas mass shooting)
Some point out that USA State Department had to have known about attack in advance, since it recently warned USA peeps to stay away from large events in Russia. So what did USA know?
And weeks ago, some predicted that Ukraine/CIA - being defeated - would obvs go to terror attacks on Russia soil - in someone else's name of course, always point finger elsewhere.
Long story short: take your pick. Whatever.

Alleged shooter says, a "preacher" (Muslim? Ukie Orthodox? Some intel agency's faker?) offered him $11K on Telegram, to shoot people.
I don't vouch for anything, who knows what is real nowadays.

Russians are indeed angry. You could still say these lower-level Russians are deceived. But in any case: they take attack seriously, they believe in what they do.
Also: Note how killers tried to escape. Not suicide. They meant to live. Which probably rules out ISIS.
Next - Putin did better job of looking somber, tired & resolute after attack, than "smirky Bibi" did with Oct. 7. Putin might be better actor. OR, who knows, could his outrage be real?
Nothing proven here, but picture leans a bit toward: Hired Tajiks, non-ISIS, did 'real' attack ie. not false flag.
