Hillary Clinton does as well.
Their speeches to support Biden's 1994 Crime bill are very telling.

Also, Dems brought back segregation in the last 15 years or so. I mean, racially segregated dorms, student unions, and all manner of things. The more things "progress" the further backward they go.
Not only are you segregating colleges, but you are even doing it to K-12. You might remember at least 1 Atlanta elementary school racially segregating classrooms. Not to mention things like graduation and other functions and activities.
Hell, Boston (I think it was - Michelle Woo is mayor) had a non-whites only Christmas party for elected officials.
