A certain liberal member worships Media Matters, blindly believing everything they say.
Well, Elon Musk has filed a "thermonuclear lawsuit" against them.
Texas AG Ken Paxton is investigating them for fraudulent acts as a nonprofit.

Elon Twitter is careful to NOT put advertisers next to neo-Nazi posts.
Happens by mistake maybe 1 in a Billion times.
MM did extreme account & data manipulation, not photoshop but they may as well have, to make opposite (false) impression.
What's extra weird: much of MM staff would be pro-Hamas. For them to throw charges of anti-Semitic would be so cynical, words so meaningless to them.

In Missouri, action against MM is on hold.
Judge's excuse is that for MM to lie & do malicious fraud on consumers, is protected speech enough that no government can prosecute.

Uh-huh. MM committed crimes of financial fraud, allegedly, in Missouri - and one judge says they're "protected".
I suspect appeal comes & Missouri will win it.
