This week has been a pretty huge week for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights and for LGBT people in politics. Tuesday night brought us a number of openly gay members of the House of Representatives and Congress and the reelection of the first President to openly support gay rights.

We even saw a lesbian couple get engaged at President Obama's reelection party! So understandably, emotions are high and many of us let out a huge sigh of relief on Wednesday morning.

Just the same, that doesn't mean we're where we need to be yet. We still have a lot of work to do. So, we turned to our Twitter family to ask what we should focus on next (after we're done celebrating).

Below we rounded up a few of the responses we got. We want to hear from you! What's next for us? What should we be focusing on? How can we take advantage of this momentum?

      Michael Crawford
@huffpostgay Winning marriage in more states, overturning DOMA, passing ENDA, ending bullying. Lots left on the #lgbt agenda. #gay

@huffpostgay Here in FL, I'm already thinking about how best to stop voter suppression. 1) remove Rick Scott in 2014.

Tell us what you think in the comments below. I really would love to hear what our GT.ru users think on this subject.
