Serial rapist won't face jail again

Those of you who have been reading this section for a while now will know about the Scottish serial rapist who avoided prison because he was caught before he turned 25. This is due to the liberal Scottish government's law that crimes committed between 19 and 24 only get 25% of the adult sentence, with no jail time.
Anyway, this scumbag violated his "community payback order" for the serial rapes of young girls but avoided jail. If he was 25+ and managed to avoid prison in the first place, he would have faced a mandatory 1 year in jail for violating his CPO/probation.
If an 8yo can decide to change gender without parental consent, then this guy is mentally mature enough to get raped in prison, for his crimes.
NOTE: Jail and prison are the same in the UK, except the new country clubs for women, but that is a different thread.
