      Hi everyone  I have been a member of gaytorrent.ru for many years and now my account has either been deleted or blocked or seized. I do not know how or when but every time I try to log into my account it says account is unknown or account not recognized please re enter and when i enter my e-mail address to have a password sent to my email address it says email address not recognized. I have made several attempts to contact the support team and no luck with that.
      I was wondering if anyone knows if when anyone makes a payment to donate or to increase your ratio by a credit card does gay torrents keep track of them?

      I would assume that they would have to for tax and other government related tax or etc.
      I still have my emails from that account that has been locked or in the air somewhere but nothing regarding it being banned or seized or deleted can anyone please help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated thanks guys.

        If you don't log into your account within 240 days, an account is automatically deleted by the system.  All aspects of the account are deleted.  Nothing personal is ever stored except for a registration e-mail address for password recovery.  We ensure privacy and anonymity on this site for everyone's protection.

          how do i contact moderator my download has been froze saying i have two accounts but i dont how can i fix this

            You can use the Helpdesk button at the top BUT make sure you follow the advice there before sending a message 🙂

              If our system warns accounts, because thinking they belong to the same user, it sends to both accounts a PM.

              In that warning PM is described how to resolve that solution.

              To deactivate one account there > https://www.gaytorrent.ru/delacct.php
              and then reactivate rights on the remaining there > https://www.gaytorrent.ru/reactivate.php

              I recommend to keep the older account.

              In case both accounts are not of the same user, instead of above proceeding, you need to write to the Helpdesk again with an explanation why two users used the same access. This then has to be forwarded to Moderator with special powers to unlock both accounts if his review is favorable.
