David Cicilline (D-RI) resigns from Congress as of 1 Jun 2023

He's resigning to run The Rhode Island Foundation.
His office said that even after he is gone, they will still be acting on his behalf until after the election to replace him, sometime between Aug and Nov 2023.
No official date for the election has been announced yet, but they gave the date range (see above) have said.
