Secret Service made strange as f*ck comment about Jimmy carter

Jimmy Carter has gone into a hospice, and after it was announced, the spokesperson for the Secret Service said that he (JC) needn't worry, that they would follow the law and keep protecting him until he dies.
In other words, "Hey Jimmy, don't worry we won't violate the law. We will protect you until we snuff you out, you old bastard. Now do us a favor and die already".
