@raphjd I have googled the internet to try and find this news. It is NOT in ANY newspapers, only on radical rightwing internet pages. Which says all..... So I don't believe it, as it has not been proved. I only willl believe it, if it can be found in normal newspapers.

By "normal newspapers" you mean the same ones that repeated that Trump was a Russian asset and that Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation, both of which have since been proven to be liberal lies?
It took CBS 2 years to finally admit that Hunter's laptop was true.

The article to begin with is a bit On The Nose - so skepticism is fair, ok.
Still - especially in Germany, whose media is even more controlled than in USA - it's possible the official really said it, an article or 2 came out and were then suppressed & met by silence.
as an absolute bare minimum, we know Alena Buyx is a real person in a real position. Is she suing anyone for libel?

She is little more than a limp-wristed leftist who wants a pandemic amnesty for the abusers, liars, and profiteers. She wants us to forget about the politicians who forced lockdowns on us, while breaking their own laws. She wants us to forget about the various versions of Fauci who lied about covid. She wants us to ignore the vile people like Rachel Maddow who, at the end of the mask mandate, how she would know who to hate and who the enemy was since everyone was returning back to not wearing masks.
