Who opened the door for police? Was it the same witness that disappeared for Pelosi's drunk driving wreck?
Why were DePape and Pelosi both in their underwear, each with one hand on the "hammer" (nee dildo)?
Who does a home invasion, but repeatedly unties the "victim" so they can go to the bathroom?
Why is it that the broken glass and the broken piece of wood were all outside, not inside from a break IN?

I was quoting the Criminal Complaint and affidavit filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California by FBI Special Agent Stephanie Minor.
I would surely have thought that all of the blogs and news sites that you peruse to stay so informed, as you clearly are always, would have linked to or mentioned the affidavit summarizing the FBI's investigation so far.
Or maybe you just go to websites spewing wild-eyed conspiracy theories divorced from the truth. I, unlike you, try to go read the actual source materials or investigation materials whenever that's possible.
If you'd read the affidavit, then you'd know that assailant wasn't in his underwear, as you and others keep alleging. For example: "Officers removed a cell phone, cash, clipper cards, and an unidentified card from DEPAPE’s right shorts pocket."

BTW, where's the police body cam and CCTV footage? And, what sort of magic was used so that the broken glass and wood from the break-in site makes the stuff go OUT, not in like every other break-in.
I believe this as much as I believe the drunk driving story and that Paul got a normal sentence for it. It was clearly the legal system kissing Nancy's pussy.

I remember his bill (now law) that decriminalized intentionally spreading HIV without informing the other person.
