New York State Supreme Court reinstates ALL unvaxxed NYC employees

The NY State Supreme court has reinstated ALL unvaxxed NYC gov employees. The fired city employees will get back pay, benefits, and seniority for the time they were fired.
They even quoted Joe Biden saying the pandemic is over.
They also talked about how the CDC made up "guidelines" that were exactly the same for vaxxed, unvaxxed and/or natural immunity.
They said that the vaxx mandate was not about health, but about compliance.
The health commissioner did NOT have the authority to alter employee contracts or fire people.
The mayor did NOT have the authority to pick and choose who had to obey the vaxx mandate and who did not. This was an issue because Mayor Adams exempted athletes, actors, etc from the vaxx mandates.
NOTE: This lawsuit is only about NYC employees, contractors and subcontractors. Private sector employees are doing their own lawsuit.

NYC has refused to follow the court ruling, and keeps vaxx mandate in place.
Mayor Adams says the city will appeal to the full court.
