@raphjd Imagine if you also got outraged at the inequitable policies that led to 23% of last year's layoffs (layoffs, not for-cause firings) being minority employees, despite minorities only making up 18% of the school's workforce.

What policies?
The policies the left love are equity, not equality.
Equity is liberal code for discrimination based on skin color, gender, etc, etc, etc. It reminds me of the Apple CEO saying he wants everyone to work 1 day in the office and employees screech that it's racist and sexist because only white men will be in the office.

@hubrys after seeing several of his posts and responses its clear that he may be one of the "good ole boys" and trying to get him to see and understand that yt isnt the only race that is deserving of fair treatment, nice salaries, representation, the benefit of doubt, and even preferential treatment is a battle not worth fighting.

The equity the left speaks about is taking away from one person so they can give it to someone else.
You may (probably not) remember that AOC's original Green New Deal also included a "living wage" for those unwilling to work. It was on her official website.
