      According to a new study from the University of Cambridge and Shanghai’s Fudan University, once you hit your mid 30s, you should be aiming for 7 hours of sleep per night.

      For the best results, your sleep must be consistent. Varying the hours of the day/night you sleep isn't good for you.

      Too much or too little sleep can cause mental health issues.

          I need more sleep! It gets harder as you get older as you need to wake up more often to pee, and sometimes it's harder to fall back asleep.
