When you look at the achievements, as claimed by Biden and Kim Jong-il, you will see that they are the greatest men to have ever and will ever exist.
Biden has had every job known to man. He's responsible for countless laws that he had nothing to do with and many that he even voted against. I guess that this is where Obama got the idea to claim that he was responsible for laws that passed before he was in politics and whatnot.
Ki Jong-il has the greatest gold score to ever exist and will never be beaten unless one of his descendants manages to outscore him. The most miraculous part of this supreme golf score was that he never ever played golf before this.
If you take an honest look at both men, through their claims, they are the greatest men to have ever existed and will ever exist.
