Mayor Pete BootieJizz lied when he claimed the infrastructure bill is fully funded, despite several groups, agencies, etc have said that it's underfunded by $256 billion to $400 billion.

Politi-"facts" decided that BootieJizz is mostly telling the truth.

It's either fully funded as BootieJizz claims or it's not.
