Twitter, AGAIN, accidentally locks 2 accounts

Twitter "accidentally" locks National File's account due to it reporting on a case of a 13yo boy dying after getting C-19 shot. After being suspended for 12 hours, Twitter unlocked their account.
HOWEVER, Twitter went on to suspend the account of the journalist author of the article after he "celebrated" Twitter's reversing the suspension of the National File's account.
The journalist who had his account locked has had his account re-activated by Twitter. Guess what, Twitter is also calling that an "accident".
As noted by many, many people, it's extremely odd that Twitter constantly "accidentally" locks people's accounts when they don't have a liberal worldview.
