Great news in UK policing, at least partially
-
Greater Manchester's new top cop, Stephen Watson, said in an interview that people are fed up with the police virtue signalling and want the police to actually solve real crimes.
He said the force will return to actual policing and tackle real crime and stop policing mean comments on the internet, that are not criminal.
He also said that officers will no longer be allowed to "adulterate" their uniforms with non-standard police gear, pins, badges, etc, etc. This includes BLM, Pride, Palestinian pins and whatnot. This even includes banning "thin blue line" stuff.
Sadly, this has no bearing on the rest of the UK.
